Initially working on oobe’s Perimeta® product set, we are seeking to expand our team with a dedicated product manager (that’s you) who has a growth-focused mindset, and a passion and curiosity for building engaging client-centric outcomes. You’ll bring your strong product management craft and inspiring product leadership into the team, with the net result being happy developers, continued growth of our software business, and, most importantly, happy clients.
Own the ongoing, iterative development of in-market products, including both the technical solutions themselves and associated product launch collateral.
Contribute to product discovery, product vision, and the overall product strategy and roadmap in support of companywide goals and objectives.
Ensure product features, releases and roadmaps solve problems in the best way possible, ruthlessly assessing for feasibility, desirability, and viability.
Understand and analyse client behaviour through qualitative and quantitative data
Lead the product team. Ensure a strong focus on delivery. Encourage a culture of build, measure, and learn. Imbue a data-driven mindset across the entire team.
Build, grow and manage strong channel relationships.
Always challenge assumptions.
You have experience and evidence in scaling a product to success, with multiple years in product leadership in either B2B or B2BC SaaS offerings.
You can talk to how you have improved engagement, retention, and increased client acquisition, having made a product 'sticky'.
Leadership is key. You have a track record of empowering and inspiring product teams to success, and you can provide examples.
You have an (almost unhealthy) obsession with analytics and data-driven measurement to inform decision making…
…but you also have a passion for people, and you can describe how speaking directly to our clients would be part of your product process.
You are goal and outcome-driven, aligning the product goals with the overarching business objectives in an OKR-driven environment.
You encourage curiosity and empower your teams to run their own experiments wherever possible.
You can demonstrate how you have taken ownership of the whole client experience when shipping features. You understand the lifecycle of clients within the product as a whole - from acquisition to churn and return.
You have a capacity to build rapport and strong working relationships with clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
Possessing a core competency in at least one product discipline (Dev, UX, Data etc) is a major plus. The utmost enthusiasm for Product Management as a craft is a “must”.
Minimum of five (5) years in SaaS software product delivery
Proven Agile and/or Lean experience within cross-functional delivery teams
Tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or related fields
Effective interpersonal and relationship management skills, with strong written and verbal communication including influencing and communicating at all levels
Technology professional with proven ability to integrate and manage the implementation of cross functional initiatives
Experience in planning, prioritising, and organising work for self and others to achieve goals and meet deadlines, including dealing with competing demands and managing multiple priorities
Budget, resourcing, and reporting experience – creating structured planning tools to effectively
High level of attention to detail – knowing what is important, and what not to fuss over
Genuine care for the client experience across the entire lifecycle
